Information we process
When you submit an inquiry, we process information you provide such as company, contact name, email, phone or WhatsApp, market, product need, quantity, timing, budget and project notes. The server also records submission time, page and channel context, broad device type and security checks.
Why we process it
We use this information to receive and answer buying requests, identify relevant products, arrange sales follow-up, maintain communication records, prevent abuse and understand which public pages and channels create meaningful business opportunities. The system may sort incoming inquiries to help us respond faster, but every inquiry is read and answered by a real person on the sales team.
Necessary storage
The site stores language, privacy choice and first-touch channel information that excludes names, email addresses and phone numbers. This supports your interface choices, avoids repeated prompts and preserves inquiry context. Declining analytics does not disable these necessary functions.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager loads only after you choose Allow analytics and the production site has a configured account. Events contain page, public product identifier and action context; they should not contain names, emails, phone numbers, company names or inquiry text. These events are not used for advertising personalization.
Sharing and providers
Operating the site may involve hosting, database, backup, email and analytics providers. Information is processed only as needed to provide those functions, and providers are expected to apply appropriate data-protection measures.
Retention and security
Inquiry data, follow-up records, logs and backups are retained only as needed for business communication, dispute handling, security and applicable obligations. Access control, environment secrets, minimal public APIs and backups reduce risk, but no internet system can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may decline or withdraw optional analytics and contact the site operator to request access, correction or deletion of submitted information. Consent to receive an inquiry response is separate from the analytics choice. Available rights depend on your location and the confirmed operating entity.
